Los conflictos por la falta de agua en algunas zonas de los Andes peruanos son expuestos un reportaje escrito por Silvina Heguy, enviada especial del diario El Clarín (Argentina).
En la nota se abordan los efectos del cambio climático sobre algunos agricultores de estas zonas altas de un país que ya ha perdido el 40% de sus glaciales. También indica la falta de fondos para combatir esta realidad y la necesidad de que estos temas sea discutido en la próxima cumbre Cancún.
